When a disposable inbox does not receive a message, the cause is not always the inbox. Verify the address first, give the sender time to process the request, and only then consider changing addresses so you do not lose mail that is still on its way.
Check the address
Make sure it was copied in full with no extra spaces, and that an old address was not left in the signup form.
Refresh manually
Most verification codes arrive quickly. Click refresh in the top-right corner of the inbox instead of repeatedly requesting new codes.
Request a resend
Return to the sender's website and request one resend. Check whether it explicitly blocks disposable email domains.
Change the address
If nothing arrives, change the address. The old inbox will expire, and the new address gets a fresh 3-hour timer.

About anonymous email, verification codes, and expiration
Disposable email is also commonly called a temporary, anonymous, or virtual mailbox. The names vary, but the purpose is the same: reduce exposure of your real email with a short-lived address.
Can a disposable email address receive verification codes?
It can receive most ordinary email verification codes, but each sender decides whether to accept disposable addresses. Financial and other high-risk platforms may block disposable email domains.
How long does the address last?
A new address is valid for 3 hours by default, and the countdown updates continuously. You can extend it by 3 hours while your task is unfinished, for a maximum total of 24 hours.
Why are demo emails displayed?
Demo emails show how the list and message reader work and are not included in the real email count. They are removed completely as soon as a real email arrives.
Can I recover the inbox after closing the page?
Your browser temporarily stores the current inbox credentials locally, so the inbox can usually be restored after a refresh or brief absence. Recovery is not guaranteed after clearing browser data, inbox expiration, or switching devices.
What happens when I change the address?
The system creates a new address with a fresh 3-hour timer and invalidates the old one. Save anything important in the old inbox before switching.
Is the email content secure?
A temporary inbox should not hold sensitive secrets. Do not use it for payment, identity, medical, or account-recovery information, and do not treat a disposable address as a permanent identity.
