short-term inbox use
By using MyTempBox, you agree to follow the rules below. The principle is simple: use the service for lawful, low-risk receiving and forwarding—not to conceal abuse.
Each forwarding account can create up to 100 addresses. Limits may be adjusted based on abuse risk.
Email delivery depends on third-party networks, so we cannot promise that every message will arrive instantly or at all.
Addresses and accounts used for illegal activity, infringement, attacks, or bypassing restrictions may be suspended or closed.
Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to the temporary inboxes, forwarding aliases, web archives, and related support provided by mytempbox.com. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are responsible for the information you submit and actions you take while using the service.
A temporary address is not a permanent account identity and does not guarantee registration success on third-party platforms. You are responsible for checking whether a target website allows disposable email and for following its own rules.
What you can do—and when access may end
Allowed uses
- Receiving registration codes from low-risk websites
- Separating trial, download, or event subscription emails
- Testing forms and delivery workflows you are authorized to manage
- Publishing a business contact point through a forwarding alias
- Reducing exposure of your real email address and unwanted marketing messages
Prohibited uses
- Sending or assisting with spam, phishing, or fraud
- Impersonating others or infringing privacy or intellectual property rights
- Bypassing bans, quotas, risk controls, or access controls
- Distributing malware or attacking service infrastructure
- Receiving information from illegal transactions or stolen accounts

Accounts, security, and access tokens
You should protect your forwarding account’s email codes, two-step verification keys, and device sessions. Temporary inboxes rely on an access token held by your browser, and anyone who obtains it may be able to read your messages. Do not use shared devices for private content.
If you notice unusual access, sign out, pause the relevant aliases, and contact support. We may require reauthentication, rate-limit requests, or revoke suspicious sessions based on security risks.
Availability and third-party delivery
We maintain the service with reasonable care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Sender policies, DNS, mail networks, destination filtering, and network failures can all affect delivery. A third party’s rejection of temporary domains is not a breach of these terms.
Some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, security incidents, or events beyond our control. We will restore them when reasonably possible, but the short lifespan of temporary addresses means some pending messages may not be recoverable.
Suspension, termination, and appeals
We may suspend an address, restrict features, or terminate an account when use violates these terms, puts others at risk, or clearly consumes abnormal resources. In an urgent security incident, we may act first and notify you afterward to limit ongoing harm.
If you believe an action was mistaken, request a review at support@mytempbox.com with the account email, time of occurrence, and relevant context. Do not send message contents, codes, passwords, ID documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Liability, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or accounts that cannot be recovered because you relied on a temporary address. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be handled under applicable law.
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes and will show the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the updated service means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete the relevant aliases. For questions about these terms, contact support@mytempbox.com.
